Once you have completed the Pastoral Placement Form and the CBNC Cover Letter, please 
return an electronic copy to: wendyj@cbnorthcentral.org.

Send your processing fee of $50 and your signed copy of the Statement of Faith and Covenant 
to the CB North Central office.  Further instructions are printed on the last page of the
Pastoral Placement Form.
