CB North Central
Regional Executive Director
Brad currently serves as Lead Pastor of Oak Grove Church in Golden Valley, MN, a position he has held for more than a decade, and one in which he will continue to serve even as he assists the region. He received both his M. Div. and Th. M. from Western Seminary before completing his D. Min. in the area of Discipleship for Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has a deep passion for training and equipping pastors and church leaders to develop disciple-making cultures and constructs in their churches which will serve our region well. His personal ministry vision is to equip every believer to have the heart, vision and know-how to become an active disciple-maker, energized by the love of Christ and empowered by the sufficiency of God's grace.

God has given CB North Central the opportunity to see the Kingdom of God extended in the Quad Cities, which is a region of five cities in the states of Iowa and Illinois: Davenport and Bettendorf in southeastern Iowa and Rock Island, Moline, and East Moline in northwestern Illinois. CBNC officially endorsed and voted on the church plant opportunity at a May 22, 2019 Board Meeting. We are happy to introduce church planter Gerard Hall, as the individual that God has called to begin this new work in the Bettendorf area. Learn more about Gerad Hall and his desire to plant a church in the Quad Cities by watching this VIDEO.
A lot of important details have to be worked out, such as a “sending” church that will partner with Gerard. Please pray for all those involved in this unique opportunity. Read more about Pastor Gerad Hall and click here to contact Gerad regarding his plans for ministry in the Quad Cities.
